EOS (Elite Owner Support) Meetings
This program involves a visit to fellow-shop members’ business by participants in the BDG group. The participants help the shop owner to be as successful as possible by giving feedback on facility improvements, identifying areas where streamlining can occur and supplying the owner of the business with documents and feedback about shop culture and employee directives.
OSHA Compliance
Partnering with both OSHA and local insurance agents in a training class helps prepare shop owners for the inevitable visit from inspectors. By getting ahead of the game, operators can assess their facilities with an eye toward safety and compliance.
