The NAPA Business Development Group (BDG) in Colorado is a NAPA-backed Autocare Owners comprising some of the top automotive repair shops in Colorado. We invest in the professionalism, profitability and education of our members by providing training, shop assessments, guidance and partnerships to help members be as successful as possible.
OUR MISSION
We strive to increase the NAPA AutoCare Brand Awareness while enhancing the service we provide by sponsoring training for technicians, service writers and owners. We uphold the NAPA Auto Care Code of Ethics and stand behind the NAPA Auto Care Peace of Mind Warranty.
We also show support for our communities by participating in charitable events that make our neighbors and neighborhoods better. The owners communicate trends experienced, brainstorm marketing strategies, share knowledge, and enjoy the camaraderie of other owners.
OUR PROGRAMS
EOS (Elite Owner Support) Meetings
This program involves a visit to fellow-shop members’ business by participants in the BDG group. The participants help the shop owner to be as successful as possible by giving feedback on facility improvements, identifying areas where streamlining can occur and supplying the owner of the business with documents and feedback about shop culture and employee directives.
OSHA Compliance
Partnering with both OSHA and local insurance agents in a training class helps prepare shop owners for the inevitable visit from inspectors. By getting ahead of the game, operators can assess their facilities with an eye toward safety and compliance.
WORKING TOGETHER
The group works together to better the state of their individual businesses as well as the state of the local auto repair industry as a whole.

DRIVING SUCCESS THROUGH AUTOMOTIVE PARTNERSHIPS
The Napa Business Development Group (BDG) and Automotive Service Association (ASA) work as partners to provide the best training to members of both groups. When you become a Napa BDG member you can qualify for a discount for ASA trainings and when you are an ASA member you can qualify for discounts for Napa BDG trainings. If you are a Napa BDG member you may also sign up with ASA for a reduced rate. ASA members will receive a discount when they become a Napa BDG member. Besides trainings, both groups offer opportunities to attend conferences, networking events and appreciation events for members sponsored by both organizations.
